I ordered goods worth 103.70EUR on 8 July 2024, order number 22000321649.After two months of waiting, on August 12th, I wrote to them about the issue, saying that I had not received the package. I asked them to check what was going on. I received a default email stating that the request was received, and someone is looking into it. For the following two months, once every 2-3 weeks, I ping them, and someone replies that they were still looking at the issue.On the 17th of October, I received an email stating that UPS returned my package to them and that they would refund me in 2-3 business days.On the 24th of October, I wrote to them that I had not received any money back. I am still waiting for a response.It's sad to see how incompetence destroys such a good brand-like arena!
