I cannot understand how they manage to receive top reviews for their products. First, there is no express delivery; it took over 19 days for my order to arrive from overseas. Second, they refuse to issue refunds, despite their advertisements stating otherwise. Third, the material information is in a foreign language, and I doubt it’s genuine silk. I asked for confirmation in English but received no reply. Fourth, the sizes are absurdly small and lack proper leg length. Fifth, they do not display their brand name on the product, instead featuring a cheap printed message. Lastly, their customer service is non-existent and they show no concern for customer feedback. This company feels like a scam.
