Terrible. Purchased. Don’t fit correct. No problem right they have a guarantee. Nope. Contact them. Basically said they will not return them or even exchange. They even admitted they have a sizing issue and their version 2 is better. Who would buy something again when they don’t offer a resolution for the first. Total garbage company.
The product is not silk it is polyester material. The sizing runs small and overall fits poorly.
When attempting to return or replace the order the customer service did not respond until almost 60 days.
Total scam! I wish I had seen the reviews before buying these. They are not silk, just cheap thin nylon/spandex blend. Customer service is atrocious and won't do anything to refund. I'll go through my credit card company to get the refund.
Sad cause it not 100% silk it spandex and nylon 2 % silk in front.... hormone disruption against your silk not good for anybody trying to stick natural fibers for skin health and prober hormone production which cam lead to infertility.... WtF
It is not silk!!! They advertise the underwear as 100% silk. It is only 2% of silk in the under-layer area - that's all!! They said I could return it, but pay for the shipping to China! Where does one report such fraudulent advertisement?
Absolutely shocking. Do not deal with this company. Underwear is adverised as 100% pure silk. According to the label on the underwear received they are actually 76% Nylon and 24% Spandex. When i contacted the company, they kept insisting that their underwear is 100% silk. Despite me sending images of the labels. On 4 occasions i was told that a "ticket" had been opened to address my complaint. Within a couple of hours i received another email telling me that the ticket had been resolved and was now closed. I have had to go through my Credit Card suppliet to obtain a refund.
At first I received my first order, I like it. Unfortunately, I have issues about the sizing, A bit small and I need to contact the help support for the replacement. Jessica from the Ares team was very accommodating and helpful. I didn't have a problem for bringing up my concerns at all. I'll be receiving my new replacement and the updated and improved design of the boxers as well. I like the comfort and the quality of it.
I spent 100.00 dollars on a product that turned out to be too small, and there’s no option for a return. The support team only sends a generic message claiming I will receive a response within 24 hours. It’s been since Christmas, and I still haven’t heard back! This feels like a scam!

I cannot recommend this to anyone. Save your money and choose something else.
