Absolutely shocking. Do not deal with this company. Underwear is adverised as 100% pure silk. According to the label on the underwear received they are actually 76% Nylon and 24% Spandex. When i contacted the company, they kept insisting that their underwear is 100% silk. Despite me sending images of the labels. On 4 occasions i was told that a "ticket" had been opened to address my complaint. Within a couple of hours i received another email telling me that the ticket had been resolved and was now closed. I have had to go through my Credit Card suppliet to obtain a refund.
