The customer service is utterly disgraceful. I attempted to use my card online weeks ago, but each time I received a message saying the company was experiencing issues with card payments. They claimed they would send a new card, asserting there was nothing wrong with their payment system. The new card arrived three days ago, but guess what? I'm still getting the same message: they cannot process any card payments at this time! On 16.01.2026, I spoke to three different representatives, and the last one, a helpful lady, reset my account and assured me I could place a new order. Yet, nothing has changed! I'm still unable to process my order and payment, with the same message about a high volume of transactions. It's been three weeks, and still no acceptance of card payments! Does customer service even exist? If anyone from the company reads this, please reach out to me. As of 16.01.26, none of the payment options are working, leaving me completely unable to make a purchase online.
