I only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave none. I spoke to three customer service advisors, each providing different explanations—clearly, they need better training. I tried to place an order, but an error occurred, and the order never went through. Instead, they added £2400 to my account with no items received, and I was told to wait 7 days for a reversal. On the seventh day, I was told to wait another 7 days. It's absolutely ridiculous! When it comes to payments, they seem to have endless solutions, but when you're having an issue, there's nothing they can do.
