I was given 2hour window for delivery of an item I ordered and paid for online the night before. Item did not arrive. When I spoke to customer services they said their records showed delivery had been made. My doorbell camera and that of my neighbours prove no delivery had been made to my address. The customer service agent confirmed that he had no access to info that showed evidence of a delivery only the statement that delivery made. For me to have money returned it would take 5 working days as they would have to investigate what had happened to item. I was then made to understand that once they did reach conclusion that item was not with me it would take another 5 working days for money to appear in my bank account. For no fault of my own I have not received my goods and will be waiting 2 weeks before I can get back my money to go and shop elsewhere.
