I purchased my samsung phone from argos because it had £100 cashback. You claim this from samsung. I went through the long process of claiming the cashback and was sent a virtual credit card from Samsung. I've tried to purchase items with said card but it doesn't work. I've contacted samsung on several occasions but they just say they'll get back to me but don't. I feel mislead by Argos. I purchased my phone because of this offer and it's not being delivered. Argos should not collaborate with samsung if samsung aren't going to honour the deal.I've just had a reply from argos to send this review to them on Facebook but this is impossible to do as theirchatbot doesn'tseem to understand. Argos please tell me how to do this. So frustrating
