Didn’t dispatch my order, didn’t tell me my products were not coming, had to chase, live chat said ‘out of good will we’ll refund my deliver cost as well’ (that’s not “good will”), if I wanted items I’d need to re-order - to cap it off, Symths Toys was cheaper for the same products!
