Despicable Service

I ordered a number of items for click and collect , the first three were ready for collection within two days. However the remaining items took 9 days. This meant that I only had a little over 24 to collect my order. I spoke to Argos twice over the live webchat to explain that I didn’t want to make two journeys to collect my order and they offered NO help whatsoever. This meant that I had to collect everything at very short notice. When I made the collection, it wasn’t until I got back home, I noticed one of the boxes was really damaged. So I ended up having to go back AGAIN to swap it for a new one. Also every item I purchased came with a massive sticker on with the store location typed on it, they were extremely difficult to remove and a couple of my items got ruined whilst I was removing the sticker. NEVER again will I use Argos. I’ll just use Amazon from now on.
