I ordered a play kitchen for my granddaughter and was given a date for delivery. The date came and went and the Argos system (which basically discourages you to contact them as it’s impossible to speak to a human) informed me that I had cancelled the order! After 5 attempts to contact Argos I have got absolutely nowhere and will take my custom elsewhere for purchases in future. What a way to treat a previously loyal customer. Absolutely terrible.
