I ordered an integrated dishwasher to replace a faulty one.I chose Argos mainly because the normal delivery time was quoted as four days and was duly delivered.I made the fatal mistake of not unpacking it before they left as when I did I found it to be severely damaged.I phoned customer services and they arranged for a replacement to be delivered in NINE DAYS...I stressed that the original delivery was four days and as they'd failed to give me a serviceable item they should get a replacement to me ASAP.I was told they could do nothing as it was in the hands of the warehouse.I sent a complaint to customer services and I still await a reply.Nine days later a replacement unit arrived which I got the delivery guys to unpack and check as I'd learnt my lesson.I have no complaints about the deliveries as both arrived at the given times.Argos customer services falls very short of what should be expected.
