I can't even begin to tell you the troubles I've had with Argos customer service. I'm not well and they keep asking me again and again for name order number email phone number on order when I am not even referring to an an order now. I'm referring to the e voucher they gave me that doesn't work !!!! What a surprise !!! The whole thing has been going on for weeks when the toys I got were incredibly bashed up. Not the kind of thing you want to give your grandchild for they're birthday. They are worth more than toys that look like they've been attacked with a hammer on the box. All split and crumpled. Anyway ARGOS!!! get this e voucher to work for me. It's the principle of the thing continually treating me like dirt. Don't ask my name email phone etc every third time you interact just look at the messages above. I don't even know what I had for my phone number it's an old phone. I don't get stuff from Argos coz the time before the lamp was terrible and flimsy absolute rip off, it would break in a strong wind.
