My parcel didn’t arrive even though it was showing as delivered on the app. I contacted Argos to be told they had evidence it was delivered and showed me a photo of someone else’s house. I sent them a photo of my house to prove it had been delivered to the wrong address and the answer was ‘it had been delivered to the correct address so no further action to be taken’. I’m now having to go through my credit card to try and get my money back.
