Trading standards should be involved!!

Purchased a tablet in August 2025 which came with a promotion for a £50 gift card. Great? Not quite! It is now November with no gift card! Spoke to the store and they don't want to help. Speak to customer service they tell us.Spoke to customer service who also don't know want to help. Go to the store they say.Back and forth non sense! Margery from customer service. Absolutely useless! Didn't know manager's name who refused to speak to us. Put me on hold twice whilst I was talking to her, denied she did and then said it was an accident. So decided to lie to me and tried to cover it up.Reason why we can't get a gift card is because well...there is no reason...they can't answer that!Useless pathetic company that should go the same way as the dodo!Now I wonder will this get a response or do they not care?!
