I bought a Lenovo computer, it's expensive because I need it for coding. The computer went out in less than Two weeks. I went to the store and then through chat. They keep telling me it's a manufacturer product. I was told to wait 5 days, its been two weeks. They're telling me to wait another 2 days. There is no reason to use the company if they aren't the ones fulfilling the contract. Go through the company directly or maybe Currys. Employees constantly just say, we can't do anything. Two weeks!!!
