Extremely DISSAPOINTED

I ordered two brand-new chairs from Argos and both arrived with visible damage straight out of the box. After carefully assembling them, I discovered scratches, scuffs, and worn patches on the faux leather — completely unacceptable for items advertised as new.The quality control seems non-existent, and it’s incredibly frustrating to spend time building furniture only to find it already damaged. For the price, I expected far better. I now have to deal with the hassle of returning or exchanging them. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be purchasing furniture from Argos again unless they improve their quality standards.
