Argos click-and-collect system is terrible. I ordered an electrical item and selected the store for pickup at 10 AM. When I went, it wasn’t ready and they told me to come back the next day. I went again, and the same thing happened. I wasted multiple days and got conflicting answers, sometimes they said it wasn’t in stock, sometimes to come tomorrow. Eventually, I was told it’s not in stock at all. This process is frustrating and a complete waste of time. I will no longer order from Argos due to their very poor customer service.
