Extremely misleading and unprofessional…

Extremely misleading and unprofessional !I bought a cooker from Argos and I am absolutely disappointed. The store claims the appliance comes with a 3-year warranty, but after registering it turns out you actually get only 1 year, and the remaining two years you have to pay for yourself. This is misleading.On top of that, I need an invoice to apply for the £100 cashback — and I can’t get it anywhere. It’s not in my Order History, I didn’t receive it by email, and I can’t get in touch with anyone because contacting customer service is extremely difficult. You can only talk to a ChatBot, not a real person.To make matters worse, no one contacted me about the delivery date. No phone call, no confirmation. The driver just showed up, knocked, and left the cooker at my door. In the system, the order is still marked as in progress, even though it has already been delivered.Think twice — actually, think ten times — before buying anything from Argos. I definitely wouldn’t do it again.
