I ordered an item online. I was told the order would be with me no later than 25.11.25. On the 24th I called two customer service advisors both of which assured me the delivery would be on the 25th. I booked time off work. Then on the night of the 24th I received a message from Argos saying ‘good news your delivery is this Saturday!’ So advisors who don’t know what they are talking about and a delivery that by their own definition is now at least 4 days late. 2 weeks to deliver an item is poor at best.
