Customer service?Where?I went to collect an orderI didn't have my Argos card yet so read up and found out I can take my driving license as proof of IDI did this to be told it would not be released until I had my Argos card.I asked why if it was not received as of yet couldnt I use the other forms of ID He responded with " it says in the terms and conditions if you bothered to look"Firstly how flaming rude.Secondly as I left without my parcel, suggested it could do with more detail as it seems confusing.He shouted at me all the way across the store calling me ignorant because I didn't understand why it couldnt be picked up when it said alternative items on the email. And why they think it's hilarious like a pig snuffling for truffle ill never know.Wont be back ahain
