I ordered a washing machine from Argos on the 7th November to be delivered and installed for the 15th November. My daughter was home all day for the delivery that never arrived only to be told when I eventually managed to speak with someone after a very frustrating automated service that delivery was attempted but no one was home. Lies. The delivery was rebooked for the 23rd of November only to be told by the delivery person that they would not install the washing machine due to the extension cable which is Argos policy. The whole experience has been horrendous and very stressful. I have cancelled my account with Argos - I will never bulk buy from Argos again. I usually purchase at Curry’s and will do again if ever need a bulky appliance. Appalling experience as well as customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs.. if i could give “zero star” instead of one I would!
