The laptop I bought was not my specifications and I returned the next day, they treated me as a nobody and rejected the laptop from me. It took me 6 hours to plead before one of the staff eventually took the laptop from me and a refund was made the trauma. I eventually got another laptop from them. It was a bad experience to me as a student. I could not do anything that day. It was traumatic for me.
