On the day of collection, I was told there was a "delay." Today (23 Nov), I received a text simply saying "Sorry," cancelling the order completely.This is not just an inconvenience; it has caused me a direct financial loss. I purchased non-refundable cash coupons from a third-party vendor specifically to cover this purchase. Because you accepted the order and then failed to fulfil it, I am now stuck with high-value coupons I cannot refund and do not need.A casual "sorry" and a generic refund does not compensate for the fact that I bought these vouchers based on your promise of stock. You have wasted my time and effectively locked up my money. Do better.
