I ordered a gift, but when the delivery driver came, he accidentally cancelled the order whilst holding my parcel in his hand. He acknowledged his mistake and said he needed to call his supervisor. After the call, he told me he could not deliver the parcel and suggested I order another one and go pick it up at a shop. The thing is, it’s not always easy for me to get places due to my rheumatoid arthritis. I order everything to the house. When I called customer service they were no help. They told me that I would just have to order another one because they had already processed the refund, although I called the minute the driver left. I’m angry that this company made their mistake MY problem instead of just delivering the parcel and taking the hit for their own error.
