Difficult one

Difficult one. Argos themselves used to be brilliant, but unfortunately Argos are now using Yodel to deliver some of their orders instead of their own lovely, reliable delivery drivers. My latest order from Argos was out for delivery on time, then the delivery estimate from Yodel reset to add another 5 hours of waiting, then it just kept saying out for delivery but never arrived. No acknowledgement, no more rescheduling, I was just left waiting.I am the customer of Argos, not of Yodel, but I'm not ordering anything else from Argos unless I can carry it home in my arms - I'll never order any home delivery whilst they use Yodel. I know this looks more like a Yodel review, but Argos have chosen to work with them as a delivery partner and it truly lets them down. I cannot risk ordering anything from Argos for home delivery now that Yodel have made Argos deliveries unreliable.Argos cancelled the order as requested (very good from that point of view) and I've re-ordered only the parts of that order that I can carry home myself. This has meant that I can't get everything I wanted (too bulky/heavy) and the value of my order to Argos has halved.
