Item was delivered late to the store…

Item was delivered late to the store and I now unable to collect. I now have to wait a week before I can even attempt to request a refund. Customer services is a shambles and I’ve found it impossible to escalate my request for a refund. Request to raise a complaint on live chat was met with a disconnection message.
