After my recent experience with argos online (i store staff are lovwly and helpful) and getting stuff delivered (faulty fridges and the double mattress the delivery drivers left me at the servixe lifts to carry myself (i'm 5 foot 3.)I should have known better than to order with them. However it was a bargain and I had to resort to a stressful click and collect. I got the item home... It was damaged. Too cumbersome and too mucj of an ordeal to return to store i called and simply requested a partial refund as I cpukd fix the item.I was told to take the item back to store because even though i'd ordered it online, oaid for it etc, and the item had to be shipped into store apparently theres nothing they could do and I had to go back into store. I explained that I have chronic anxiety issues, that it would be an ordeal for me. I also calmly explained that I could email the pictures over of the damage but that wasn't good enpugh. I was still told to attend store. So i asked for the stores nulber...they just gave me Argos cuatomer service number. So being the fact that I have no intention of setting foot inside argos again at this time of year i'm now stuck with a damaged item that I will fix myself and Argos McScrooge won't even offer me a partial refund due to not wanting a maasive panick attack. So if i were you, i'd avoid argos and just go to Wayfair or basically anywhere else.
