Ordered a sofabed on 27.10. Delivery booked for 4.11. Didn't arrive. Rebooked a 2nd and 3rd time. Both didn't arrive, no notice given. 2nd time: no reason given, 3rd time 'problem with the van.' 4th booked today: just checked online. Cancelled. No email or call to let me know. Customer service said driver had 'serious health emergency.' Now on webchat waiting to book my 5th delivery.I have now taken 4 days off work to wait in all day for the sofa and not once been given a 2 hour slot the day before. Now offering 3rd December for 5th attempt.Absolutely disgraceful.My reply to Argos response: Yes I am aware and have been told a smaller van has been booked the last 3 times so that's no excuse really. If it was, surely Argos would have just cancelled the order? Not satisfied with your reply and I don't use social media so that's not very helpful at all.
