Argos customer service are terrible. When you eventually get to speak to a human, the line is so bad you cannot hear the person on the other end. Delivery guaranteed for today but now there is a delay. Another item I ordered last week, a wardrobe, was so badly damaged I had to send it back. Is there no quality control? A 3 door wardrobe came in 2 boxes. They were so heavy I couldn't even shift the box, let alone lift it. Health and safety need to get involved as the poor delivery guys that have to carry these items that are so overweight, will end up injuring themselves.
