Booked delivery with installation and removal of my existing cooker. The new one turned out to be faulty so they took it back. They also left with my own cooker - which I was told they couldn’t refit as it wasn’t part of the job I’ve booked. Left me with no cooking facilities for 6 days during school holidays. Absolutely shocking service. After 5 days of calls and emails, Argos sent a voucher to use to buy a small electric oven/hob which took ages to heat up. After they cancelled my order and refunded me I had to rebook and this time it worked fine. However the engineers fitted it leaving a big gap at the back, which makes the cooker stick out.
