I wrote to Argos via their chat email raising a complaint in August. I received the bog standard we will look into your complaint. Since then NOTHING. I have tried asking for an update on my complaint twice again via their email chat and have not even had the decency of a reply. If this is how Argos treat their customers it's no wonder their " managers" think they can say what they like and treat customers with such an aggressive attitude.Won't use this company again!!
