I would like to share my experience at the store during a visit on a recent date. I was assisted by a staff member while returning a vacuum cleaner that had a suction issue. I had the receipt, and the product was eligible for an exchange, which she processed. However, I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service I encountered. During the return, the staff member requested that I clean the vacuum by emptying the dust outside the store. I found this request to be inappropriate and unprofessional. I explained that I did not want to create a mess outside, especially since there was no bin available, and doing this in view of other customers could reflect poorly on the company. I kindly asked for a bin to dispose of the remaining debris properly, but the situation was handled without courtesy. Even though the exchange was completed, the overall interaction felt unhelpful and lacked basic customer care, and there was no friendly demeanor at all. I hope this feedback is taken into account for improving service standards, as a smile does not cost anything.
