I ordered a tumble dryer which never arrived. The item was showing as delivered on the expected date so I contacted the helpdesk, I then had to wait for over a week for an investigation to take place (basically checking up that I wasn't lying) and now I have to wait 30 WORKING DAYS for a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable from a customer service perspective; I have no tumble dryer, my honesty and integrity has been questioned, and I'm over £250 out of pocket until January!!
