Extremely Frustrating Experience

This has been extremely frustrating! I placed an order for a jelly blox costing £20 for Christmas. I received a receipt stating it would arrive on December 1st. However, when I went to pick it up, I was told, "Sorry, 😒 we do not have this in our store. It hasn't arrived yet." I thought I would try again, but the same situation repeated itself every time for a WEEK! I wish they would provide updates or email me regarding any delays! This isn't worth my money! All I got was the response, "Come back tomorrow." I'm fed up and writing this review in hopes of finally receiving my order. Thank you for reading!
