I experienced very poor customer support. The collection date for my order was extended, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed, despite having email confirmation, that my order had been cancelled and the refund was on a gift card I couldn't access. After 40 minutes of the store manager discussing with the support team, I was told I would receive a new gift card via email within 48 hours. This never occurred, and after a week, I reached out again. I couldn't contact them by phone as there were no viable options. I spoke on live chat and was told the gift card would be issued within 48 hours, but it never arrived again. I tried multiple ways to reach out and file a complaint, but all were impossible.
