I ordered a table and chairs, but they arrived damaged. After arranging for a collection, no one showed up on the scheduled date. The items are large and boxed, taking up significant space in my home since I couldn't use them. I contacted the support team, only to find out they hadn't processed the collection, forcing me to wait another week. I had to cancel guests because the items occupied half my living room. I placed my order on November 17th, received the delivery on December 2nd, and the collection was finally on December 12th. Yet, I still haven't received my refund! The company has held onto my money for over a month for damaged goods without issuing a refund. Additionally, the table and two chairs had splits in the wood, raising concerns about quality. The service has been terrible, and it's frustrating because I planned to furnish my entire home through this company, but after this experience, I will definitely reconsider. I also submitted a formal complaint via email on the 12th and have not received any acknowledgment.
