When I finally connected, I was informed that an exchange wasn't possible since all the replacement options I provided were out of stock. However, I had the app open and saw that those same TVs were available for same or next day delivery. I ended up buying another TV and arranged for delivery, but now I'm waiting for a refund. Additionally, my rewards card hasn't accumulated any points from transactions, as it keeps indicating a problem. I attempted to contact support about this issue too, but after nearly an hour, I decided it wasn't worth my time. I'm shocked at how little the support team seems to care.
