This is puzzling as I didn't receive a receipt at the time of purchase and have no email confirmation. I'm left wondering if I'll be covered if something goes wrong. Previously, I bought a machine for my daughter and paid for insurance upfront, yet I was still charged a similar amount for her machine, which I managed to partially refund after raising the issue. Moving forward, I will make sure to get a receipt for any purchases or at least screenshot any email confirmations, as they tend to disappear over time.
