Delivery by 10am, Monday, from delivery centre, 75 miles away. Had only paid a reduced delivery fee, for an "all day delivery". Was notified via email/texts, Sunday ("Non working" day) of a 2 Hr delivery slot, delivery staff to phone/text me prior to delivery. Turned up within 2 Hr slot, had been notified 20 minutes beforehand, a difficult to find/access/park property (Nb. Town Centre/Flat/behind properties facing the road. Delivery, 60kg + household appliance, carried up stairs, entire delivery process took minutes.
