I bought an electric throw in December and now it's stopped working i must have spent 3/4s of an hour trying to sort out a repair or replacement they were no help they were talking about a collection which is NOT what I was asking anyway they gave me a phone number to hear the same thing I'm a 69yr old pensioner who has just got over major cancer surgery the end of October now to find out I've a heart problem and argos hasn't helped 21 took my electric throw to penge argos i spoke to one of the most lovely agent Nardia who got my replacement sorted out so quick I've bought tvs phones and this order so quick and I'm glad I got Nardia bless her I'm impressed
