Argos Negozio Via Cernaia, 4, 35141 Padova PDThis is a relatively new store in padova, and every few month the salesmans are changed. I guess its because the superior company of argos are receiving a lot of complaints about the salesmans that are SCAM ARTISTS, stay away from this company! Last march i moved to a new apartment and was looking for a company to supply me with gas. After seeing the good reviews for argos on trustpilot I decided to go to the nearby store here in padova and make a contract there.I met there samira and later on Monika, who both pretended to be extremely nice and kind. they gave me a lot of notebooks as gifts. samira also kept repeating that with Argos I have the lowest prices on the market:She offered 0.45€ for 1smc, and promised me that the quota fissa is one of the lowest in the market and only 6€ a month.I signed the contract and she gave me a printed copy, said that I’ll get another finalized copy on the email. this one did not arrive.A few months later I noticed that the bills were too expensive considering that I’m barely at home cooking in the summer.I took a look on the bills and was surprised to see that I’m paying 1.02€ per smc and 16€ quota fissa each month.I obv went to the Argos store to clarify this, I took with me the copy of my contract that they gave me. Upon arriving there I was shocked to hear Monika saying to me that “2 pages were missing from my contact”.With a very fake smile and kindness that made me wanna throw up, she even printed them for me to see that I basically had a whole different contract from the one i signed. To soften and flatter me a little more, she took out of her wardrobe 2 notebooks a calendar and another set of books, and gave them to me as a “gift”. maybe she already understood how furious i was and tried to prevent me from submitting a complaint (HAHA)in addition to all of this, the site/up of argos is very unfriendly and i also had problems with the mistaken estimated consumption. they charged me every month for 130 smc, instead of 10!!! for comunicating the actual consumption, they expect me to **go** at the end of every month to the store in order to *show* a picture of the lettura. I am still waiting for my refund btw, after 3 months of hell dealing with them, and with the general costumer service of argos. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this company and warn your friends!
