I didnt like the service i received after i ordered a fridge freezer i payed to take the old one awa

I didnt like the service i received after i ordered a fridge freezer i payed to take the old one away to be recycled as it was for a disabled person who had no way of unpacking or disposing of the old one .ive never been so dissapointed with the delivery drivers they never took the old fridge and just left the new one in the middle of the kitchen and went leaving him with no way of moving it himself i rang to complain and was told someone would be in touch with me within 48 hrs which never happened do not pay this company to take your items as it doesnt happen i wont be ordering anything again from this company its disgusting the way they left him distressed and having to pay again for the council to take it and to carry it outside to say im annoyed is an understatement im livid .

What a joke. I have a piece missing and the parts company Argos use don’t have one and can’t replace it. Argos don’t answer their phone their AI it just can’t help me, the AI message hangs up on you and the social media message doesn’t exist.

Disaster - Stay Away

Like many others, I found that my gas supply was switched off by Argos without my knowledge, not even an email or an app notification was sent! What kind of company is this?!Even if they are the cheapest provider, I will never consider Argos again. A joke of a company with 0 customer communication.To make matters worse, they have taken money from my account and not even refunded it back!

Poorest delivery in history

Poorest delivery in history I recently purchased goods that were meant to be delivered on 27th between 10:30 - 12:30 according to their delivery instructions. However, at 1:00 I was still waiting for the delivery, I called the customer service line only to be told that I should wait until 2:00. I waited and the delivery never came at the time they said it would. I went to the nearest store to me in Bretton and I was surprised how useless the staff were even though they were polite, they had no idea of how to assist with the situation or attempt to find out, so unhelpful indeed! The long awaited delivery arrived at 16:52. Why should you keep a customer waiting for more than 4hours and not even updating me on delays via email or phone? Time is of essence! If there was a way to give you zero, I would write it in upper case number. So disappointed! I can’t recommend it to anybody!

Generally good company to deal with…

Generally good company to deal with until today I phoned their customer service after numerous times trying to get through (keep saying thanks for calling go F&Q section) I needed to change email as I wanted to buy something that requires an email as I am having problems with my original email I decided to register a new one I eventually got through to a nice lady that didn’t know how to add new email she went to check and told me they didn’t know also What kind of company can you not be told how to change email surely this is a common problem so still no further forward it beggars belief I can’t change my e mail address
