Awful service all around. Stick to better options.

I ordered a TV on December 26th with a guaranteed delivery for December 29th. It was supposed to be a signed delivery that never arrived, despite me waiting for hours. They claimed the goods were delivered without any proof. I was told a solution would be provided within 48 working hours. After waiting, I followed up and received the same response. On January 6th, I called again and was informed it would take another 5 working days for a response. Now, I’m without a TV and £329 out of pocket. The service has been terrible. In my professional experience, this should have been resolved immediately due to the lack of delivery proof. The call center was difficult to understand as well. I will be using better options in the future.
