My delivery was just 7 minutes away when my order was suddenly canceled without explanation. I contacted customer service and was informed that my refund would take 5-7 working days, and my order hadn't even made it onto the van. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was left on hold for 30 minutes and then told no one was available before the call ended. I’m outraged. You’ve held my money since January 1st and there’s nothing I can do. This service feels like it only caters to trivial items, neglecting customer care.
