While waiting for my change, I reminded the cashier that I had a loyalty card, but he said it was too late to apply it. I pointed out that he never asked if I had one, which frustrated me, leading me to request a refund. He promptly returned my money but was unable to assist further. When I asked for the manager, I learned from another staff member that he was the manager himself, and there were no apologies offered. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff, mentioning that they have the best manager. Good luck to them; he is not suited for the managerial position.
