Be very careful. Last night I ordered a taxi to pick me up from the Liverpool Cruise Terminal at 8.20 this am. They sent the drivers name, vehicle reg a colour to me at 8.09. I spoke to the driver on the phone to say I was still aboard and said "don't go without me" I will get off soon. When I got out the car was there without the driver so I waited along side it and he arrived with some other passengers who said they had just ordered the taxi. My taxi was passed over to someone else in front of my eyes. This was really upsetting as I had planned the night before for them to take me over to the Wirral. I ended up having to get a black cab.Try andvuse a different company if you can because this is not reliable at all.
