A £4.40 journey cost me £14.30 because I used the App and changed my payment from cash to Google pay when I booked my return journey. I received a message to say my driver was outside but by the time I got out another message came to say the ride was cancelled and I had to rebook. Long story short my card was charged twice for the fare plus two small transactions for £ 1.40 and £5.30. When I finally got a response to my email I was told the charges were for waiting time and a cancellation charge in spite of the fact I categorically stated it was not me who had cancelled! Needless to say I can not be bothered to carry on the argument but I have deleted the app and will be using Uber in future!!
As a person with disabilities relying solely on taxis, I have no choice but to use this service. Both options I've tried have been terrible. Fellow wheelchair users should be prepared for drivers making insensitive remarks like 'can you get out quicker?'. There's a blatant disregard for passengers, focused only on the fare.

I had a troubling incident involving a minor accident with a coach while using this service. After speaking to two representatives, I initially received a pleasant response but faced rudeness when I called back for further assistance. I was told the matter seemed like a police issue, and when I requested details, I was met with resistance. It took multiple requests to finally speak to an operator, who I felt dismissed my concerns. The overall handling of the situation was frustrating and disappointing.
I would strongly advise against using this service. I made a booking to take my daughter to school, but they failed to show up. After calling twice without a clear timeframe, I ended up canceling and using a different service. I will not be using this again.
This company has proven to be completely unreliable. On two occasions in the past month, my son was late to school despite booking the taxi the night before. All I heard when I called was that they were still trying to locate a driver. If I book in advance, I expect the taxi to arrive on time.
After being a loyal customer for over 30 years, I am now convinced it's time to switch to a different service. The last two weeks have highlighted numerous issues, including delays and unexpected fare increases. I’ve experienced long waits despite being told my taxi was close, and the recent price hikes have been frustrating. I’ve tried various methods to book, but nothing seems to work. I’m done with the excuses about 'teething problems' as they have affected my punctuality for important appointments. I will be downloading a different app soon.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never use this service again and would rather walk. I pre-booked a taxi for an early morning trip, but when it didn’t arrive, I waited 10 minutes before calling. They apologized but said all drivers were busy. After several calls, I had to arrange for a friend to take me to the pickup point.
