I’m highly disappointed in Ariat to say the least. I ordered men’s slippers for my boyfriend for Christmas. One of the slippers was defective, so I exchanged them. Not only did I never receive an exchange but I was sent an email saying (I am paraphrasing) “your return has been processed 0.00$. I then emailed seeing is I was receiving my exchange because it had been weeks. To this day it’s been a month. Instead of a real person helping me I received two of the exact emails on the email thread that told me basically sorry you’re unhappy with the product and how to go about returning the product. Not only had I already returned the product and the product was received and processed but I had no exchange and no refund so that automative email was not only not helpful but highly obnoxious. I called customer service where it seems customer service must work remote. This guy answered and it sounded like he was driving. He couldn’t hear anything I was saying and I heard a lot of echoing of my own voice from his end. He told me he would forward the issue and seemingly took down my email but nothing ever came from that. No email was sent. It was pointless. I will now call my bank today to make a claim to get my money back. Like I said highly disappointed in this brand and the customer service.
