I can only add a ditto to the other recent reviews. Simply stated, this has been the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. What the other reviewers describe is absolutely true. I tried to reach their customer service twice and am still waiting for a call back because they wouldn't pick up. Ordered 4 items for xmas gifts and they shipped my order belatedly in three shipments. I still don't have some of it. They can't service customers or deliver efficiently but they can seem to send me 6 marketing emails every day. NEVER again. First and last experience with them. I have to return two items and that will likely be an equally frustrating experience. DON'T give them your money.
